Method Question about antimetic

In my country only accesable for me antimetic is pill with dimenhidrinate 50 mg in one pill is this can do a job with a stan method? If so how many mg is needed? This is funny that SN is easier accesable for me than good antimetic.

Thanks for replay i think any drug withou prescription won't be enough
Maybe smaller dosages applied in longer period of time can be hold without vomiting strong antimetics in my country are very problematic to obtain. And sorry if my question was obvious and stupid
