We live together, so it's a lot more difficult. It's only part of the reason I want to die though. I have PTSD and it makes living a fucking hell for me. I think the best option is to just end my suffering completely.

It still sounds like it would be worth it to maybe leave the relationship, if that's a possibility. Then maybe you might find it possible to deal with your other problems and feel better.

it sounds like you have nothing left to lose if youre about to ctb, why not try leaving before you ctb, after all, if it all goes wrong, you can go through with your original plans, and if it all goes okay, then you could be happy again
