I have a joint account on my debit card with my dad. If I buy sn on Amazon will he be able to see what I specifically purchased?

I'm okay if he can see that I bought something, as long as he doesn't know what it is. Also, I can't end the joint account bc it might cause suspicion.

I'm pretty sure the only available info on your card would say you bought something on the "amazon marketplace". That's what it says on mine.
You could also buy a gift card in a brick and mortar store or online and redeem that on amazon

IT won't show up on the card. unlesss the person is called ISELLSNONLINE or something i don't think, obviosley it will be on the receipt. I suppose if they thought, i wonder what they ordered ,it would be able to be trace to the amazon account though.

Another possible option is to go to a store and buy an Amazon gift card with cash. That's what I did so there wouldn't be a record of the purchase on my debit card.

This is actually a pretty good idea. I think though it'll show up as the sellers name on the card or maybe just Amazon.
