Help Puking makes me panic

Hello!

I wanna ctb by SN. I have an anti emetic but I know most if not everyone still throws up when ingesting SN.

Whenever I'm sick and I throw up I panic and cry. I'm scared this will cause me to call for help when I ingested the SN.

Does anyone know any tips on how to stay calm after puking? Not necessarily when you ingested the SN but in general when you throw up.

Anything could help

I have no idea, but to use Benzos to stay calm during the whole process. I would say that, when puking already makes u panic, there could be an even higher chance to panic when you feel the SN starting doing it's work inside your body.

I have benzo's luckily. Do you think I should take more than the recommendation in the guide?

Well yes and no, if you take too much you can fall a sleep before ingesting the SN and if it's not enough to sedate you you might not be calm enough. I have no experience with Benzos though but depending on whether you used them before or not doses have different effects on you.

I should do research on that. I never used benzo's before. Maybe I should try them out before I do it.

I have 10 times the recommended dose so I have some to spare.

If it were me… benzos will help A LOT, like make a person calm and euphoric, esp if they have never used them before and have no tolerance to them.
