Does any know if I can use Propranolol for anxiety for SN method

I think so, at least compared to many other methods available. I've actually experienced tachycardia years ago and it's really not that bad, with propranolol it won't be an issue at all.

As for other issues, you'll probably still vomit even with anti emetics but that's not a huge issue as long as you prepare additional glasses of SN. Then the other stuff like anxiety and headaches can be minimised with pain killers and benzodiazepines, for me the method is absolutely acceptable, there have been recordings of people who have ctb'd with this method and I consider it to be one of the least distressing ways to go.

The bottom two in the picture are for that. Diazapam for anxiety and Metoclopramide for nausea.

PPH 2022 book recommends 400mg of propranolol so I think it would work. You can either take it with the SN or with the antiemetics.

Propranolol is a med for lowering blood pressure by slowing & steadying the heartbeat.
I'm no doctor but seems it wouldn't help anxiety but I could be wrong.

It's also used for situational anxiety hence my comment that it will help somewhat but not as efficient as benzo's, if you take enough diazepam you simply won't care what it is going on.

Yeah that makes sense, no fear of seizure at customs either if you buy from within UK.

Also I bought from three sources and tested all of them, the UK supplied one come back with the slightly better results.

I know you mentioned thr UK, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask. Would you know, or maybe be able to point me Ina general direction of someone who could assist me with getting SN to US? I found that I am able to be messaged now so I'm overjoyed that thos may make it easier for me to get to sleep asap.

If not, I understand, but again, I just figured it didn't hurt to ask.
