Method Propanolol and SN method

Hi, I'm struggling to find a consistent recommended dosage for Propanolol, or even when to take the drug. I've seen people say all the way from 80mg - 1g. I've also seen conflicting advice regarding wether to mix in crushed Propanolol with the SN drink or to take it beforehand.

Any guidance would be much appreciated :)

Online search say 30-60 mins for propanolol kick in. Re dosage, only suggest use search bar & see other users or see if mentioned on pph.

I've tried using the search bar but there's so much conflicting advice. And the ppeh doesn't clarify much either.

I think I will take 400mg before the SN and then another 200mg mixed in with the drink. I think that's a good middle ground.
