Has anyone heard of Promethasine? And how effective it could be as an antiemetic and antianxiety med?

I work with it in my job, and take it occasionally when needed (I have a prescription for it), and it is the most effective nausea med for me that I've tried. For anxiety, I think it would only help because it can make you drowsy.
