Hi
So I brought 100 vege cellulose capsules to put my dried foxglove into. The only time I took foxglove before it took about 10 hours to start feeling really sick), that time I took a heck of a lot LESS then I have in storage now. Anyway does anyone have any idea how much digestion time these capsules may add? I'm already quite nervous because research articles quite wildly varying amounts of time & severities of how fast & sick people feel on it... tbh it was pretty mild imo especially compared to nearly drying from bloodloss which is hell on earth (dont let anyone tell you its peaceful, it is NOT), however I didn't take much... but I did end up in coronary care :/ so yea I am pretty unsure what to expect. At least I've figured out a solution to swallowing it (capsules) because even the smell was so bad I knew there was no way I could eat it (as pathetic as that sounds)
