procrastination

I noticed some ss server interrupts related to a 522 error. They were quickly resolved, but, I felt very lonely in the meantime. I do not learn much to read all the posts, and I understood the principle of the method sn. I wondered if the attendance of this forum and the frenetic search for information or testimonials could not be a form of procrastination.

my questioning is not a provocation or a desire to insult anyone. I pose it relatively to me. CTB quickly becomes an obsession and not talking about it is difficult. it is obvious, however, that to maximize the chances of success, I must show my entourage that everything is fine but all this turns in my head. and the complete procedure of sn, supply, diet and final take leave enough time to think about something else.

Indeed. Helping others has given me some purpose. I hardly even talk about my problems anymore. It is a distraction because suicide isn't something any sane human being would look forward to just something I might have to do. Of course the other thing is making the necessary preparations and if I was capable of that then in theory there's no reason I shouldn't be able to live life

It is procrastination and it's normal. Talking about suicide and actually doing it are two different things and very often we look for reasons to postpone.
Taking your life is definitely not easy, even more when you are not acting impulsively.
I'm in the same boat, everything is ready but I'm still here. If you have time then wait, when you are ready you'll know it.

I love this topic....................Procrastination.
I'd rather call it procrastination instead instict survival or just fear...............I do not it today, maybe tomorrow and to spending day after day, you realize that you take two months changing your mind without a sense.......
To be honest I have a procrastination issue.

[I screwed up]

I guess in my procrastination stems from the fact that I m chicken to do it right now .. I have given myself a deadline , hope before the deadline expires I atleast muster enough courage to take the final step... I also keep changing my mind in terms of the best way to ctb which adds to the delay
