Probably tomorrow I will CTB. I prepared the FSH and partial methods a long time ago, and I would appreciate any suggestions regarding my configuration today, if possible. Thank you.

I'm thinking of covering my eyes with a cloth to lessen the fear; some plastic around my neck so I don't get burned by the rope, and a cloth over my mouth so I don't bite my tongue and keep wanting to swallow (something that happens to me when I get anxious).

My rope is made of 8mm thick static polypropylene, and my biggest concern regarding my setup is this. I weigh 70kg and I'd like to know if 8mm is okay, as I'm worried there might be some problem with it.

Also, just to emphasize, I'll tie a stopper knot on both knots just to be safe.

Anchor Knot:

A stopper knot like the one in the image:

I'll place the knot right behind my neck and as high up as possible, as usual.

In the case of partial suspension, i'll be like this:

My anchor point is a wooden beam that supports the roof.

In the case of FSH (fever suppression), I've seen that kicking the chair is not recommended, but rather lowering it slowly.
I forgot to mention, I've tried partial blackouts before, I've managed to make my vision go dark several times, but I've never actually fainted before.

that looks really scary friend. I tried partial hanging today on a loose end knot so I could swing off when I was ready. Tried and wanted off immediately as soon as I saw black around my vision. It is not an easy thing to do. Have you heard about Florida treatment centers? I've been considering going

first of all I am so sorry that you came to this point where you want to commit suicide:(

I'd say you're well prepared, the knots are good and also your anchor point should be very strong. I'll use a wood beam which is in the attic of the house those are very strong probably the best anchor point if someone lives in a house.

Just one thing I'd change. Buy a 12mm rope. Polypropylene or polyester doesn't matter. I learned here on sasu that 8mm would be too thin and then it might cause trouble to compress the carotids.

Thank you so much, I see rn that I have a 10mm rope so I'll be more confident about it
