SN - depends where you live, it's dirt cheap if it's legal, like $5 for a couple of llbs of it or something, otherwise about $30 for 100 grams
N is I think around $650 - $750
Inert gas - if you get a good regulator and use an exit bag maybe $500, if you buy a good scuba mask it'll be maybe $800
CO - how much is charcoal - $10?
Guns - no idea

It's not as much about money but rather about availability. You can buy a rope easily without any problem, but obtaining N is much more risky. Even if you manage to find it somewhere, you have no guarantee that it will work (I've read stories about diluted N and you simply can't know for sure if it is even what it is supposed to be).
If I knew a supplier of N that is guaranteed to be truly a high quality N, I would give all my money for it.

Like other users said, I got my SN extremely cheap, and very recently too. I used to want a gun to ctb and when I did research a lot of them seemed to be $400 at the lowest. In the past couple years I gradually saved up so I could get one but now that I've found out about SN I think i'll just leave it as cremation money.

Done my research on this site for awhile and it points to SN. It's cheap in my country, Malaysia and they have it on our Amazon equivalent, Lazada
