Method Preparing for my exit

I'm getting things in place for my departure with SN, should be this month.
At which point do I take the Ranitidine and Primperan? Do I need Lansoprozole too?

Ranitidine: 30 min before drinking SN. Double dose on what is recommended on the label.
Primperan: 45 min before drinking SN. 30g.

If you take enough Ranitidine, you don't need Lansoprazole.
