Hi - I'm sorry for you emotional and physical pain. Not sure, but wondering why are you posting on this site? What help are you seeking? Reporting abuse? Shelter? Mental Health? I'm not doubting you, please but your post is very unclear especially given that you're new.

Please reach out to resources in your area. There are people that could help you.

Are you having a laugh? I've been on this site longer than you. As for asking me why I'm on this website, let me ask you a question. Why are you on the website? It's a personal question, so I feel its acceptable for me to ask you as well. If you find resources are helpful why are you on this website and not instead using those "very good and very helpful" resources? Just a question

Please calm down. Nothing laughable about it. I was just trying to help you to not kill yourself and your unborn baby. My question was why were you posting what you posted on this site. It was definitely not clear what you were asking/seeking in your post. Meaning, are you okay? What kind of help are you seeking? I am on this site for support. I definitely regret trying to help you.

I don't think you were being helpful at all. If you think you were being helpful then I really wouldn't like to see your version of being unhelpful. Good bye and maybe comment elsewhere? Usually when people mention someone is new it can mean you think the account is fake which is an insult. I've been here longer than you. You didn't need to mention I was "new" because I've been in this group almost four months. Good bye

I've not had my period in three months
That can happen for reasons other than pregnancy, including stress and PCOS (among others). However, if you are potentially three months along, then I recommend even more strongly that you get yourself to the doctor ASAP. That way you can get some more complete information, and make whatever is the correct decision FOR YOU (if there is a decision). You can do this. I have faith in you.

Yes. All lab tests can have false positive or false negative results. There is no perfect test (nothing in the world is perfect). I think a false negative result is more common for pregnancy tests, but either can happen.

Obviously an "at home" test might not be considered a "lab test" if people are being super picky with language, but you know what I mean. TESTING can give false positive or false negative results.

It sounds to me like you're pregnant especially with the double positive test result and no period altogether, but in any case the best advice is to go see your doctor.

It's clear that the OP is suffering, so I don't think that hostile replies will help anything. It is best to always be respectful. Best wishes Zeus35.

From an outside viewpoint, the person they replied to could've been more considerate in their replies. OP is clearly suffering and pregnant at an inopportune point in their life. If only it was easy for people to get r&r, unfortunately its not that easy and some of us are in desperate situations where we literally can't get a break. Respectful replies is what OP needs in terms of help right now and same applies for everyone re: proper internet behaviour.

It's clear that the OP is suffering, so I don't think that hostile replies will help anything. It is best to always be respectful. Best wishes Zeus35.
Thanks FC x

I'm sorry you're going through this. Do you have any idea what you want to do regarding the pregnancy? Think I remember you saying you're a student nurse. Are you hoping to continue your studies? Wishing you the best.

This is a very useful feeling for a mother, I think. Please hold onto it for your dear life. Being raised by someone who would (at least occasionally) prefer you had not existed or who threatens you with suicide is worse than death, in my opinion. Kudos to you for the courage to become a mother.

I totally understand. My biological dad ended his life. I would never do that to my baby x
