first off, hanging is a terrible way to go. if done incorrectly, you feel every second of it and it has a high chance of failing. the rope might be able to support your weight at first but if your neck doesn't snap as soon as you drop, youre going to be flailing around choking to death for many minutes.
As your flailing around, the movement can make your 135lbs turn into 200 easily and with extra force from you moving around the rope could snap but if the rope is doubled and tied well, whatever youre hanging from could break.
Let's assume that your neck does snap as soon as you drop, theres no garuntee that itll snap properly. it could just fracture, leaving you paralyzed to some degree but still alive as the rope slowly kills you. This does eliminate SI as a physical reaction (you can no longer flail around) but still leaves the pain and suffering of SI.
It takes too long so I wouldn't recommend it but if you've thought about it before and have done your research, its your death and not mine so if you feel like thats a fitting way for you to go, then thats your choice, though I again, strongly advise against it.
I did some surface level looking and did find some resources on here about hanging. I'll leave them here for you.
Not sure if this will be helpful to anyone - it's kind of a summary of this gigantic thread, and my observations. 1) If you are attempting partial and not losing consciousness within 20 sec/or getting that exploding head feeling/or can't breathe/etc., ABORT. You are not doing it correctly. 2)...
