Venting Practically all PPH method is unavailable in my country

Like the title says, pretty much every PPH or otherwise low pain/high success option is unavailable to me because of where I live. Almost all inert gas is only sold to businesses or with licensing, the handful that aren't are prohibitively expensive. No inorganic salts available either. Hell, even a nice simple hanging is impossible by virtue of a general lack of trees (especially the sort that could support a body) or buildings with features that allow for hanging.

I think I'm just stuck trying to work out some combination of prescription meds and throwing enough benzos and booze into myself that I hopefully pass out. And even then, the only benzos I can get on prescription here is the extended release alprazolam.

I really understand and I always suffer so much from being trapped in this dreadful, torturous existence, it's just so horrible to me how we exist in this anti-suicide world where the suffering of existing is seen as to force and prolong no matter what with me so cruelly denied the option to die painlessly in an guaranteed way with no more pain and no more suffering, I hope you find peace.
