I'm talking about things like rat poison, salt overdose etc etc. Things that are easy to find and accessible for everybody.

My first option has always been Nembutal, but after my first order got confiscated and i'm really struggling to find enough money for a second order (especially knowing that it can't get confiscated again), i'm getting desperate and thinking of a plan B and even a plan C, even if the methods are PAINFUL and RISKY, i feel i have no choice anymore as it's either that or getting stuck in hell, i know it's a wise strategy to wait till you have a good method, but for me even living one more day is hellish enough, so i have to have alternative plans.

Guns are illegal in my country, there is litteraly nothing in my house to struck a rope in it, 0 support and i've searched all the house.

So i'm looking for things like salt overdose, rat poison, thing that everybody can get access to, i can be alone in my house for enough time so getting saved isn't a problem.

If you have any paper/info/link about easy to find methods, even if they are painful and risky, please post them.

I know, but i have to consider AVAILABLE methods. I don't want to still be here next year and next year and next year again because "X and Y and Z are difficult methods", i'd rather live a hellish days than hellish years'

Just please be very careful. Salt is incredibly horrible to die from, and you might cause a lot of harm to your body and not even die. I'm so incredibly sorry that your life got to this point. Please just be very careful with your actions. Sending you all my love <3

In that case you should research partial hanging as this seems to be one of the easiest ways with common household items. I recall reading about it in '5 last acts'. It should be doable from a doorknob.

From your post about personal identity theory I deduce you're a smart individual. I urge you not to do anything rash and research and prepare thoroughly. Be kind to yourself and look for a method that is reliable and relatively painfree. No-one deserves to die in pain and misery.

I can't see any other more peaceful/easy method other than SN and partial hanging.

SN is technically a salt. And I think it's a better choice than NaCl when it comes to ctb.

A lot of methods come to mind: electrocution, suffocation, jumping, cutting/stabbing, and overdose (alcohol/certain drugs) come to mind. There is also starvation, but it would take a lot of willpower to overcome the effects it has.
