Possible way to make ctb look like an accident

As you may know, sodium nitrite (SN) kills you via methemoglobinemia. If someone could find a way to give themselves methemoglobinemia but make it look like an accident (most cases of acquired methemoglobinemia are accidental), and make sure no one finds them in time, maybe they could ctb and make it look like an accident? Maybe this is a stupid idea, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

It is the ultimate isn't it - an accidental death; not having to worry about upsetting family or friends or anything. And when you read the news clips and see the weird things that happen - man eaten by alligator/octopus etc/hit by falling brick it's incredible.

I'm not sure how to fake an accidental death. Especially with chemicals as they would do a post mortem and find whatever was in your body and know it wasn't accidental.

I don't know what you can take that is harmful, yet legitimately something you could die from but would give you a peaceful death

I'm certain that any of those would work for someone who is off the suicide watch radar... for me, people would believe that my death was intentional no matter what sort of accident occurred

You could play choking game (for example, hyperventilate and then quickly change your position from squatting to standing) while you are in some water body or pool (not deep enough so you can stand there)? If everything goes well, you should lose consciousness, fall in the water and breath it in.

Accidental poisoning is not that uncommon with SN. It looks very much like ordinary salt. I considered putting it in a consomme. But please do some research first. I have toyed with this idea, but done little research re. autopsies.

Seems it will not work, because breathing stops at the moment of losing consciousness.
