Poppy seeds for pain relief

Yo guys I'm desperate for pain relief, anyone tried poppy seeds?

The ones you can buy without problems will only contain trace amounts of opiates.

Edit: Actually after a bit of googling it turns out that this is always true for the seeds, no matter where they come from. I assumed they usually just come from a strain of the plant that was bred to not produce a lot of opiates.

Don't bother you don't know what your buying there, go into any chemist and ask for pain meds that contains Codeine.
