I stare at my wall or roof and my mind goes blank! I'm like this for some time and then I try to do something I like such as learning languages.
However, CTB is 24/7 on my head. It's exhausting.

When nothing else works i burn myself with a cigar. It works to reorder my thinking,
bit of a dice roll though.

Nothing works anymore. The closest I can get to feeling okay is retreating into fantasies of a peaceful suicide, but it's difficult to maintain for too long because the reality is just undeniable, that I'll never be so fortunate.
