I used the link for the PPH in the suicide resource megathread, but the file doesn't open. Once I click on the file, it opens my browser, but it doesn't do anything else. Help please

No idea how. It's not even opening in my default browser. And now, the file is disappearing without me doing anything.

for me it took like 5-10 minutes for the file to open in my browser cuz of my slow internet. its a 500 page pdf
