Is it possible to do inside an appartment, for instance in a living room with the windows open and then take the "stuff" to a sealed bathroom, or will the fire be so extreme that the neighbors will think the house is burning ? I don't care if they smell something i can say it's just a barbecue, i'm just asking if it's super extreme so extreme that i'll be sick just by coming after an hour to take the "rocks" or not ?

TL;DR : can it be done indoors and if yes what's the best way to do it ?

If your residence is physically adjacent to another then there is a risk of CO leaking and others dying. IMO not a good idea to do it in a flat or apartment.

How would co leak ? I thought CO was generated only after the smoke from the charcoals stop, when i'll take it to the bathroom it would be sealer so it won't leak at that moment.

My impression is that ctb with CO by charcoal is very common in Japan, in the small apartments common there, but that may be a stereotype. I would agree with Weedoge that it might be dangerous to the neighbors. I would also point out that the smaller the space you need to saturate with CO, the more effective/faster it will be. The bathroom would be a good choice, but remember that most bathrooms have ceiling fans/vents that allow a lot of air exchange to the outside.
