I am in deep shit and need to go right now. The only thing i have is a shoe lace and a short rope (1 meter). Can I strangle myself if I put enough effort to it? I can not do anything that makes noise since I am not alone in the house.

I looked at your post history and noticed you post about needing to go around the same time every month. Does something happen around the 14/15/16th? Is rent due? Or is money running out for food, meds or utilities? Does someone come home who doesn't normally stay there other times of the month?
