I met someone in person who says he's OD'd 3 times, each via a combination of Neurontin, Lyrica, and Suboxone, and didn't feel pain before or after being revived.

Is there *any* chance he's telling the truth?

That's what I've usually heard, that an overdose from opioids is sudden and you don't feel it coming.

I remember reading a post from someone who said the last thing they remembered was thinking "this heroin isn't that strong" and then they woke up in an ambulance.

The unfortunate thing about opioid overdose is that the antitdote, Naloxone, is everywhere and works in seconds. And if you've been out for a while before being revived you could well have brain damage.

But yeah opiate overdose seems like a good way to ctb imo
