Im aware that meto can be used, there won't be a way I'll be able to obtain it.

I would think this definitely won't be strong enough to cease vomiting and from what I've read the Meto is not solely for preventing vomiting. You will likely still vomit, it acts to help get the SN past your stomach quickly so when you do end up vomiting (seems many do but there was also a recent thread about how vomiting has not proven in any of the documented failures to be the reason for failure) you won't vomit the majority up and either have a long drawn out painful death or just end up not CTB at all.
