Help people who've done sn without antiemetics

i cant get metoclopramide from where im from, they're starting lockdowns because more and more people get covid everyday so everyone's busy. is there any alternative drug that i can use as antiemetics? if i cant get any antiemetics, have the people who've done sn and ctb had an empty stomach before drinking?

Only Uk but you should find similar OTC drugs in your Country instead of going to you own doctor you could find a private one and explain you keep getting sick and are suffering from migraines, check what symptoms are for migraine, if he asks you questions.
