I've done a horrible crime against someone in there 20s involving identity theft and I feel like I raped him, spoke about this a month ago and told hanging is an out dated solution and I don't deserve to die for my crimes bit I hold myself to a higher standard I feel. If I was a pedo for instance I would kill myself but the law wouldn't... I guess I'm asking if anyone feels like they deserve to be here because of the bad shit there responsible for

Is this the case of you using someone's pics for grindr? If that's the case I'm not sure if it's a reason to ctb. I think you need to face it and see how it plays out. I don't think you are an evil person for doing what you did, you made a mistake and did something bad but that doesn't define you because you clearly are very remorseful. I know you said he wanted to kill you over it but as the weeks and months go by he will get over it. So many people have catfished others and while it's not something good to do I don't think it's a reason to kill yourself compared to other reasons.

People make mistakes, it happens daily.

Sounds tough, I definitely always said I'd ctb immediately if I were to go to prison. or at least act up enough that they couldn't leave me with general population. You can't rly tell my gender by looking at me and I'd get destroyed in prison lol.

Im so depression I can't think rational aboit any of this and as this may go to trail everyone is staying quite so the people I deal with on a daily basis don't know about any of this.. I haven't told anyone

I know using someone's photos is impersonating under rights of publicity and copyright, but if this is your first offence and it was used for a dating website I highly doubt you will get more than a fine and maybe community service or probation. At maximum maybe a suspended sentence, meaning no jail time but probation. I assume your solicitor said 10 years as in the maximum sentence for identify theft but typically that is in case with massive fraud, withdrawn money from their bank accounts, serious defamation etc, I can't imagine any judge sentencing you to prison for using someone's photos. I honestly believe you will have to just pay a fine to the person.

I understand this is very tough and it would be fucking tough on anyone but I wouldn't ctb until you are at least aware of exactly the likelihood of a serious jail sentence because you more than likely will not face one.

Personally,if I was a pedo,I would indeed CTB ASAP not only for my own sake,but for the sake of the children I may end up victimizing should I succumb to the lust. (Pedos really have it rough,their constant sexual lust towards something clearly unethical. The fact that they aren't allowed the right to die is completely fucked up)

I work in a very small community.. if found out on a wide scale I will never work in my sector again, I hate to ask this of God but If I don't get of Scot free I'm fucked. I know this is an impossible prayer but if I can't travel abroad to start again.. I may as well die

If you have 20,000, I'd recommend keeping the money and leaving the country if your solicitor thinks your exact case will be a prison sentence. You could find many countries that have no extradition laws back to your country so you could love the rest of your life abroad with no worries and find a job relatively easy. Just saying ideas that could help you. Hopefully you will just get a fine though and no one in your sector will ever know.

I just feel like the bad guy under the bed that I ran from when I was younger.. I hate that I have to tell my gf about this.. I plan to do it next week but I don't know what to say and what to leave out. She was amazing but I cheated 2 years ago and she deserves the truth before the end. I also admitted this In the video so I want her to hear it from me and not others. I know I'm horrible.. but I'm afraid. She's so perfect and in love with me she may not break up with me after I tell her and I'll also have ti end it with her for her for her own protection after this

unfortunately i have a prior conviction for obstruction of a roadway. Not sure that's a big deal but it's there
