Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yes, there's no chapter for nitrate. Anyhow, your body converts nitrate to nitrite, but there's no need to take the extra step
I don't know what this is supposed to mean, but the bottom line is that sodium nitrate (with an A) is to be avoided. Sodium nitrite (with an I) is the agent we are looking for here, for our purposes.
