I have been so down it is the leading path to my death on my 25th Birthday I dealt with this long enough I'm going to use ammonium with bleach plus take a bottle of Tylenol and whisky

I know all about the Tylenol and alcohol. It was all I had at one point too. It's not too bad the first day but can be kind rough getting into days 2 and 3. My heart goes out to you. I know the feeling you have and I've made several attempts. If you have some time, I'd research other methods. I've decided on Sodium Azide. That or SN are a lot faster, with some similar symptoms of Tylenol, unless you get anti-emetics.
