Partial hanging

I'm forced to take invega injections every month and it's killing me mentally and emotionally. My question is how long should my rope be and how thick.

I weigh 140 lbs and an 5"7

When buying a rope for partial I would probably go 3 meters since that works pretty well in most environments. As for thickness 12-18 mm have worked fine from my experience. Thinner cords can be fine, and if something is too thin you can use padding to spread the load and avoid cutting.
