Partial hanging Not going unconcious

So I intend to die today but I have a problem. I've tried to do partial suspension but the issue is that I remain conscious for about 30 seconds. While this is going on my eyes feel like their bulging out and my teeth feel like they are going to come out of my mouth. When I read the wiki it mention this could be cause by compression of the jugular vein while I was trying to compress the carotid artery. What am I doing wrong. I only have about a 2:30 hour window to complete it while my family is gone. Please respond quickly

You need to put maximum pressure on it and hold it. Partial might require more planning snd effort than full.
