Partial hanging Clever

Just read story about Robin Williams hanged himself by belt - how clever. Do you know ways for partial hanging inside flat, using belt or rope? Any methods?

I tied a bedsheet to a broomstick and put the broomstick on the other side of the door with the bedsheet over the door and closed it. It held up my weight but I'm too tall to use it for full suspension, I almost passed out with partial.
