Do you ever catch yourself thinking multiple things at once , or is it just me? Is there a disorder that causes this?

Sometimes it can be difficult to separate out thoughts that cascade so it can seem that they overlap. Also intrusive or unwelcome thoughts can seem alien such that they are perceived to overlap with current thoughts.

Some people manage intrusive thoughts with supplements or medication. Others can find listening to music, reading, or even work to keep unwanted thoughts more under control.

Yes it happens to me alot. My brain is sometimes like a whirlewind of thoughts. I think it is just how my traumatized brain works.

If you have experienced trauma in your life. I would suggest the book "The Body Keeps the Score" by author Bessel Van de Kolk. I am reading it right now and it has been a real eye opener.
