Basically your brain is machine which generates bad or good sensations. Why just don't overdose on some very addictive and popular drug to hack your brain chemistry and overload dopamine receptors and then die. I never used drugs, but the idea of being unnaturally happy which can't be experienced without alternating brain chemistry bothers my mind. What do I miss in my point?

As an experienced drug user I can say that most popular drugs are not so easy to overdose with (at least not in a way that you die from it) and even, if you manage to kill yourself with most drugs the experience won't be pleasant. The exception would be strong opoids (the easiest is probably fentanyl right now) mixed with benzodiazepines. Barbiturates would be an alternative, although I think they are very hard to get these days as they have been replaced by benzodiazepines in human medicine and are only used to euthanize pets.

I think the drug you're looking for to "overload dopamine receptors" may be found below, from their Wikipedia pages:
"6-hydroxydopamine is used by researchers to selectively destroy dopaminergic and noradrenergic neurons in the brain."

And then there's para-Chloroamphetamine which is used to selectively kill serotonergic neurons.
I doubt you'd be able to source either though.
