Discussion Overdose statistics

I'd love more details on how overdose success rates are defined. Are they including accidental overdoses? Anything where more than recommended was taken? How many are people who impulsively took something and had no plan to ctb? Are vitamin overdoses included? Overdose doesn't have to mean suicide attempt.
