  • Hey Guest,

If you would still like to donate, you still can. We have more than enough funds to cover operating expenses for quite a while, so don't worry about donating if you aren't able. If you want to donate something other than what is listed, you can contact RainAndSadness.

I know there is kratom and kava kava and then wild lettuce and cramp bark and I am sure others. I am trying to make a list of all otc pain treatments available. also stuff like tylonal and naproxen and stuff.

right now the biggest thing that would help me stay alive is ways to manage my physical pain.

There are quite a few herbs which are said to be analgesic, but they target different kinds of pain. May I ask what kind of pain you're suffering?

back pain, digestive pain, pelvic pain, pms pain, seems like a lot of it is related to inflamation .

Alright, here's a few. Take these suggestions for what they are, because I don't use herbs for their analgesic or anti-inflammatory effects. I only use them for their anxiolytic, antidepressant and anti-suidical effets.

Capsicum frutescens: A tabasco peppar with both analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3824481/

Ginger: Has proactive anti-inflammatory effects. Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3665023/ (I don't know if it's any help, but I know from own experience that it's also a very effective antiemetic.)

Clove: Shown to have as strong analgesic propreties as benzocaine. May also have anti-inflammatory properties. Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16530911, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6130734/

Ashwagandha: Has analgesic and inflammatory properties. Said to resemble kratom, but less potent. Clearly anxiolytic. Might be addictive just like kratom. Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5052364/
