Help OTC Antiemetic

Should i start taking the antemetic a week in advance before od'ing or can i just take it all together? Do i have to take a lot of the anti or a normal dose?

What substance are you taking the anti-emetics with? Sodium Nitrite? Nembutal? There are specific prorocols for each one. Appreciate it. Im trying my luck with some left over opiods. 15 hydrocodone pills and 20 tylenol 3 with codeine pills. I've heard people dying by accident from less so hoping im lucky.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to say if that combination and quantity of pills would be enough to kill yourself with and I don't know what anti-emetic regimen might be helpful with that combination of pills. Also you may not be aware that overdosing on Tylenol kills by inducing liver failure which is extremely painful and typically takes several days to happen. Do you really want to die in that manner?

It has codeine in it i was thinking it would bypass the tylenol affect.

@Suicidal4Ever: that makes no sense. The codeine has no effect on the acetaminophen's metabolic pathway, and acetaminophen metabolizes down to horribly hepatoxic substance. Please don't use anything with tylenol in it; you won't die immediately and you'll end up suffering days or weeks of agony as your liver shuts down.

Chances are he wont live long enough to die of liver failure, hell choke on his own puke from opiate overdose (assuming he had time to reset his tolerance). Junkies these days are dropping like flies

Luckily i didn't take it yet. What otc meds could i combine with these 15 hydrocodone pills? Or could i just take it with alcohol and hope i get lucky?

Maybe up it to 50 or 100 hydrocodone if you can get and a whole bottle of booze to be sure
Mainlining makes shit hit you faster too but idk if those pills are crushable

Got the opiods awhile back from a injury at work. Not possible to get more. But i got near unlimited adderall. Would that combo be deadly?

Adderall is a stimulant. It would have the opposite effect. At most, all it would do is mask the opioids' effect for a while.

No i have been trying to ovmerdose on meth for months now. The adderall will counter the effects of the opiods and you will wake up disappointed. Trust me, unfortunately i know how it feels.

Diazepam's are pretty good combined with opiates, if you really want to make sure this works make sure you have access to a walk in freezer, I know it seems almost funny to say or mention the freezer, but if you take enough of these pills to knock you out before the freeze gets you / you will not be aware of any pain or delusion in the final moments.

OTC anti-emetics won't prevent vomiting well enough because they don't have the same mechanisms as the prescription kind. Even the prescription ones all work differently and aren't equally effective for vomiting caused by poisoning.
