You need a dopamine blocker, something that affects d2 receptors.

"
The antiemetic action of metoclopramide is due to its antagonist activity at D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone in the central nervous system — this action prevents nausea and vomiting triggered by most stimuli.[31] At higher doses, 5-HT3antagonist activity may also contribute to the antiemetic effect.[32][failed verification]
The gastroprokinetic activity of metoclopramide is mediated by muscarinic activity, D2 receptor antagonist activity, and 5-HT4 receptor agonist activity.[33][34] The gastroprokinetic effect itself may also contribute to the antiemetic effect.[citation needed]Metoclopramide also increases the tone of the lower esophageal sphincter.[35] "

Essentially how metoclopramide works.

I dont know your situation, but US people can order meto online, do a bit of Google fu. Youll also want zofran, a drug that covers more bases in correlation with meto, and doctors hand that out for bad enough tummy aches if you talk it up.

Look in your medicine cabinet, research all the perscription drugs that are d2 blockers, 5-ht4 blockers, and often enough SSRIs can do the same job if theyre strong enough of a blocker. Do your research fam.

Zofran is very easy to get. I have a prescription for it for legitimate reasons, but all you really have to say is you're constantly nauseous no matter what you do and they're pretty much guaranteed to give it to you.

Meto should be pretty easy to get after that. I've been prescribed that in the past by just saying my Zofran is no longer working, I need to try something different.

Pretty much. My doctors wouldnt do Meto, but gave me perscription to cover the antihistamine side of things. As a result, I have the trifecta. Dopamine, Antihistamines, and Serotonin. Add in some acid inhibitors and you have yourself a good ole time.

I looked up the meto and it says it's for pets. Does that matter?

I'm not a chemist, so you might want to wait for someone else to chime in, but I'm pretty sure it's the same formula. It's made for people but used off-label for animals. The brand name is reglan, if that helps.

I just got some dramamine from walmart. Some people have said that worked.

if you are going with drammamine, it would be wise to take acid reducer a few days before in regime. try to get meto. anti acid and meto is a killer combination. reglan is a metoclopramide.

Lemon juice is a good acid reducer in water and it could help with the taste of the SN.

It's still meto. Much better than dramamine. SN isn't exactly for humans to eat, either.

Not a troll post, just misinformed, easily done. Just one of those old wives tales, urban legend type stuff.

Vitamin C acts as an antidote to SN, though. I plan to cut down on it the day before it's my turn.

After your recent Learning Experience I wondered if diluting more wouldn't have made it easier to drink. I know it's not a taste treat but I've never read such strong opposition to the saltiness as you displayed. The hot sauce was a nice touch, though. 8]

Let us know how you're doing.

I wish you the best of luck no matter which path you take and I hope you find what you are looking for.

It's okay to change your mind, it's also okay to go thru with it, just do it in a way that will bring upon the least suffering.

I got xanax, dramamine, SN and some lemon juice to mix with it. Hopefully this is a good and deadly combo.

Good luck on Friday if you go through with it; keep us posted like last time if you feel like it. I was planning on taking Xanax with mine.

My timeline for Xanax from research would be: 1-2mg an hour before SN (to reduce anxiety and encourage sleep but not induce blackouts which could potentially stop you drinking the SN)

It would seem more comforting to take another 2-4mg at some point closer to the SN to ensure sleep but I'm unsure how this would affect things since it seems very hard to accurately state the times the peak effects of multiple doses will occur and how they will affect the individual (Psychonaut wiki suggests a dose takes 20-40 minutes to take effect and the 1-2 hour mark is the peak)

If anyone has any better suggestions please let me know; take my advice with a grain of salt of course

I still would keep lemon juice out of this. Dramamine is not a strong enough antiemetic. I would not proceed without either meto or domperidone, you're basically just setting yourself up for a bad time again.

Xanax should be taken at most 20-30min before SN if you do not have tolerance to alcohol or benzos, it hits quick and from my own experience, even 1mg will have you black out if you take it when you're tired.

I guess the fasting will make it act a lot quicker; I just feel overly concerned about the time it will take to pass out from the SN and what side effects I will experience before that.

Do you have a rough timeline of what you're planning to try you'd be willing to share?

Why would the peaceful pill handbook reccommend dramamine if it's not effective?

Dramamine is for motion sickness.

You want something that is a dopamine antagonist, which is a neurotransmitter that induces vomiting from toxicity.

Take everything Nitschke says with a grain of salt. From correlation with other sources, his knowledge is kinda limited to N, CO and inert gases.
