Help Ordering SN from Poland...

Hello Community and everyone outside of it..

Did you hear about somebody got in trouble with customs, by ordering SN from a polish source ?

Is it illegal to import, lets say to middel Europian countries ?

What would happen if they'd get a package with SN in their hands ?


Are there comparabale cases here?


I know.. Questions over questions - hope sombody can give answers or share experiences.


P.S. I want to go sure before I place any order !

There are no custom controls within the EU / EEA. If SN isn't an illegal substance in your country - and it is not an illegal substance bc it is mainly used by the food industry - nothing is gonna happen.

It's probably not illegal there either but there might be customs involved, that's in the case they have a closer look at that particular parcel.

One vendor told me it' a poisonous substance, so shipping to Germany could be problematic. I'm not sure if it's dangerous for HIM or for ME ?? But in fact it is classified as acute toxic by GHS system... Thats, what I'm afraid of.

The best thing would be to go to a country where there are no problems for 2 weeks, order it there and take it back to your house.

I understand that but usually there should be no customs involved - then I'm wondering how else they would find out about that parcel and its contents? The substance is poisonous but it's not illegal (unlike certain drugs for example). You can only ask a lawyer to be 100% sure what could be a potential penalty in the worst case.

I don't remember. I think not. Only on the very bottle there was for sure.

Nothing on the parcel, an invoice was attached on the parcel but foiled. Only bottle inside got warning signs.
