Ordered from DMC 7 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet :(

Hi! I have chronic illnesses with no cures and disabled with chronic pain 24/7. This is the main reason why I want to CTB. It's all I think about while I lie in bed in pain everyday.

So, I felt lucky and blessed to have finally found the DMC website. I bought the SN and it was sent weeks ago.

Once it entered the US, it went through to NY, inbound into customs, Jamaica, and then stayed stuck at "Moving Through Network - In Transit to Next Facility"
since February 26, 2025.

There has been no updates since then.

I contacted DMC and he told me to wait another month for it to arrive and if it doesn't, he will send another one. But, he told me that I need to change my name and address. I told him I could t change my address because I live in an apartment and have no one else to send it to (Being chronically ill makes you lose friendships and connections plus I can't leave the house due to disability :/). And he warned me that if it doesn't come, he can try to send it again, but no guarantees it will get to me :/

Is anyone else going through similar issues? :(

My first package was shipped early December, it still has not arrived. My replacement was shipped early February, it still has not arrived either. Not DMC's fault, USPS just sucks.

I ordered mine in early March. It arrived in Canada on March 16th. I'm waiting for it to (hopefully) clear customs.

I hate waiting for my SN too. It's only been a few days. Mine is in customs in Ukraine.

I saw that BBC documentary, seems odd something didn't happen a year ago. Why didn't they just shut him down and stop him back then? Is it even the same person?

I'm curious about this too. The name cited in the BBC article isn't the same as the name and origin city on the package I received last month. I don't know if you'd need ID to ship packages abroad from Ukraine, but I doubt it would be that strict(?). I always assumed it was the same guy using an alias, or someone else shipping them for him. Not that it matters I guess, but it does add some mystique to his operations
