Venting Ordered everything

I am just finalising ordering everything I need to CTB.

My depression came back today. 3 days off with magnesium. I knew this would happen, but it hurts every time.

Don't know what to try or do next. But getting everything on order is a relief.

Was magnesium helping you and that's why it got worse? Just curious what changed 3 days ago if you don't mind my asking.
