I have the chance today to ctb with 7 hours alone…I would be leaving my kids right before the holidays…cruel or does it make sense to use the time since I'll be alone. SI is bad but life as a vegetable on the couch is worse. Thoughts? Please I don't have much time…

you need to have fasted for 12 hours, optimally. have you started that part?
