Opiods and beta blockers

I have 16 tylenol 3's with codeine 12 hydrocodone and 10 beta blockers with some vodka. Is this a lethal mix? Took me a while to get these

The scientific lethal overdose of hydrocodone is only 90 mg even less if you add alcohol they say.
