So, after writing a 30 pages suicidal note, a document of my last wishes (burial, money, goods) , and an advise to call for the police, family and funeral service, I think it's time to start a plan on how to CTB, according to PPH, and here it is:
- 8 hours of food fasting/ 2 hours of liquid fasting;
- 40 minutes before SN, swallow 30 mg of antiemetic - metoclopramide - and 400 mg of beta-blocker - propanolol;
- 30 minutes before SN, swallow 80 mg of anti-acid - omeoprazole (I know that it isn't recommended anymore) and 20 mg of hypnotic - zolpidem;
- Prepare 3 cups of mixed 50 mg of water and 25 g of SN, 1 to drink, 2 to guarantee in case of vommiting.
I'm still trying to obtain a benzo this month to substitute the hypnotic, and am schedulling to CTB next month, in a hotel room. I'm not sure if I'll do it at night, before I go to bed, or by day, after waking up. Feel free to comment, and give any recommendation in order to make it peaceful and less traumatizing possible for the ones left. Tks
