I spent a whole year doing this treatment. That, along with a few more medication changes and...

I feel like I don't have the overwhelming urge to do awful things to myself all of the time. I still have intrusive thoughts sometimes, still have fear about the future (since I'm finally graduating from I'm going to technical school and I'll look for a college next year yay) and still have a lot to change, since I'm aware I'm not perfect.

But overall, I'm glad I can feel happy with small things again.

My family recognizes the changes, and they're very happy with it too.

I feel lighter with my existence, even though sometimes living still hurts.

I still feel like living like an autistic is very uncertain, but... Maybe it can be a bit easier now.
(Hopefully.)

Did you have any side effects? I've been thinking of trying this but scared of side effects.

The only "side effect" was a headache that happens afterward. It's somewhat painful overall, but it goes away considerably quickly once you get used to it. And your pressure might drop a little, but overall I think that's it.

Can you just take an ibuprofen for the headache? Lol. Also I'm glad that's the only one you got, makes me feel hopeful too

Yeah! Most of the time I take an ibuprofen or smth similar, sometimes taking it beforehand also works for me.
If you have treatment-resistant depression, it's a viable treatment option (though it's not exactly cheap where I live lol💀)
