Once a member decides to leave or CTB

I've noticed on a few profiles of members who CTB have logged back in after they have supposedly gone!
why do you think this is? I have read comments off other users saying I thought you had gone but you was just online. Do you think this could be family members or authorities. Or did they just not leave in the 1st place ?

I'd say it's the family or the police, otherwise they would probably be writing a message saying they failed.
