Why is olanzapine listed as an antiemetic for SN but not N?
Isn't metoclopromide an old antipsychotic and is used for N. Confused about the fact that you use metoclopromide for N even though I have read about prolonged Coma with antipsychotics.
They also use olanzapine in chemo as antiemetic. Does it have no efficacy with N.

Yes you can. With a less than 1% chance of prolonged coma. However you can add Dilantin to the N which eliminates that chance.

"EXIT has examined the use of several potentiating drugs which may be dissolved into the liquid Nembutal, removing any possibility of extended coma. The most useful, Dilantin (phenytoin sodium) is discussed in this chapter.'"
