I found out the maximum dose of olanzaine is 20mg and that's normally only used for in hospital, a normal dose is around 10mg. 20mg can cause tremors, restlessness and turn someone into a zombie. Anything over that and you won't think straight and lose your mental faculties, which you don't want. Some people feel sick more easily on high doses during stress and get motion sickness. Also, taking an ae isn't an option because, as discussed here before, there can bean interaction when the two are taken together. As olanzapine isn't an effective ae you wouldn't want to take SN, be sick and end up with kidney damage etc. which I've seen a few times on these forums. Even if you could take an ae with olanzpine, I don't think SN would be suitable for anyone who feels sick easily. I'm not sure Stan's guide is right about not needing an ae if you are already taking certain medications.
