I realise I'm going to have to start stockpiling meds. I'm seeing my g.p this week and need to think on what I'm going to ask for. I was thinking of sleeping pills - zopiclone for example. Does anyone have any thoughts.
I'm so poorly, even having a wash kills me and leaves me bedridden. I won't be able to pursue other better options like N in this state.

Have a read of Lost All Hope if you haven't already, as well as the SN megathread. Overdosing on medication is very unreliable, and often unattainable due to the lethal dose being hundreds, or sometimes thousands, of tablets

So depressing. I hate the thought of what SN does and experiencing more pain and suffering. I have five last acts. The only viable drug seems chloroquine ( outside of N and SN.)

There is some success with combinations of blood pressure medications. This will require doctor shopping though if there is urgency at play. Propranolol, verapamil, and extended release verapamil taken all at once with an anti-emetic is a successful method (I was in a coma from this for several days). Had I not been found out and an ambulance called, it would've succeeded.

Best of luck in your research, though I am sorry you have to do it at all

I also found that migraines were better for getting these prescribed than actual blood pressure issues. All those meds, including the antiemetics, are useful for migraine headaches and attacks

Before you see the doctor, start eating a shit load of salty foods the day before and drink lots of water so you start retaining fluid, and then half an hour before the appointment, have a coffee (and a smoke or some nicotine gum) to get your heart rate up. That should help create an artificial boost

Please excuse my evil doctor-deceiving ways. I studied to be a paramedic so I know a few cheeky tricks on how to get what you want out of GPs. I swear I am usually an honest person! Bahaha

I'm in a similar position to jolene and it truly is horrendous. I only have Sn, but I don't know if if my stomach can handle it and how my oversensetive nervous system will react.

Truly trapped in hell

Just remember - it's the dose that makes the poison. Getting all those blood pressure medications with some antiemetics on board is quite a lethal cocktail.

SN works and it isn't terribly painful. People who have failed it have tried it again.

The only medications reliably lethal in overdose are tricyclic antidepressants (like Amitriptyline) and beta-blockers (heart medication) like propranolol. Both need to be combined with a hefty overdose of benzos to keep you asleep in the process as intentionally giving yourself a heart attack is not going to be fun.

i think I'm going to go for Sn tonight, I'm really desperate. I don't have anti emetics, im going to take 16 grams made up and then going to redose another 5 if I'm sick. It's al I have unfortunately. Or may do 5 wait 15 mins and then do the 16
