Help obtaining sn in poland??

everyone says poland has easy access to sn and i realized i could probably go cross the border to pick some up so to speak, but i'm sort of confused. is it actually just.. sold in stores..? or would i have to get a p.o. box over there or something? i dont understand

I can't find in what stores you could buy SN. All I know is that you can order it easily.
