Hi ,I've not posted for a while,I feel I've nothing left to try and whatever I do attempt just makes me feel even worse .I honestly don't think I can get any lower .I just don't fit in this life . inside I feel like I'm dead already but my body doesn't realise yet

I feel like I cant justify being alive. I wake up and eat and drink (water etc) every day and I dont like to do most jobs... (not that they would want me anyway). you know, what am I even doing.
